Fishing Holiday

Golfing Holiday
With over seven 18 hole golf courses within a 40 minute drive-the nearest being Roscrea Golf Club which is only 1 mile away - the golfing enthusiast has a wonderful choice of courses. Golf packages can include B&B, Evening meal and a round of golf on a different course each day.
Walking/Cycling Holiday
Hill walkers and cyclists would enjoy the Slieve Bloom Mountains and Environmental Park. Organised walks, guided or unguided - you can choose from many tracks. Information, books, maps, packed lunches and transport (drop off and pick up) are available. Bikes can be hired.
Equestrian Holiday
Trail riding through the Slieve Bloom Mountains. There is a choice of half-day to five full day trail rides. Again a package could include half-board, your horse and evening entertainment.
Sightseeing Holiday

There are many places to visit including Ballaghmore, Roscrea, Birr and Leap Castles.Guided tours are available through the castles that dot the countryside associated with 600 years of powerful families. A cluster of early Christian monasteries lie within the area. Sites such as Clonmacnoise, Lorrha, Clonfert, Roscrea and Monaincha. Also visit the boglands by train or the famous telescope at Birr Castle.
Garden Trails
Visit some of Ireland's spectacular gardens including Birr Castle and Gardens, Gash Gardens, Emo Court, Heywood and Francort Gardens to name but a few.
